"Awful reception service"

Me and my friend were suppose to stay for 4 nights. Unpon arrival it came out that our accommodation reservation got cancelled (not a fault of a hotel at all but the agency). However would like to point out that the receptionist was extremely unhelpful, with awful attitude and manners. Definitely not welcoming, not a single smile, not a single nice word. It was around 8.30pm on the Saturday evening, when we arrived by transfer coach. There was a group of 4 people, a couple and a single lady in front of us queuing to check in. It took over 50 minutes for the receptionist to deal with them until our turn came. The receptionist only asked us what pension (board) we are on and fortunately let us eat first as restaurant was nearly closing (the only good gesture of receptionist), gladly we went as were starving. We had left our ID's with him so he could start our check in, however when we came back, he's looked at us with our documents in hand and asked what do we want. We said we still need to check in. Unfortunately he could not find our reservation and when he had made a phone call, it was confirmed our accommodation got somehow cancelled but he could not say why. Not his fault at all, not blaming receptionist nor the hotel. However his attitude was beyond my imagination. Of course we got very stressed as two girls left with no hotel late in the evening after the whole day of travel. We only were told we need to pay and no kind warming words, no help what so ever. We spoke to the agency a few times, the receptionist has kindly agreed to speak to them as well. Agency tried to resolve the issue but with no luck so they finally refunded us for the accommodation. In the result, me and my friend left the hotel in disgust as even having the refund we would never stay there with such a bad first point service experience. I cannot say anything about the rooms or sleep quality, however the service was awful, cleanness and a quality of the hotel (reception/lobby/toilets/baggage room) was in a very poor state, hence the price vs quality is way to high in my opinion. Eventually we were made to find a different accommodation in the middle of the night.

Hay que alquilar coche porque está en el quinto pino. Hemos estado a finales de junio y aparcar es una odisea. La habitación bastante decente con vistas a las piscinas y al pinar. La única pega la ducha que se salía el agua. Cogimos media pensión con desayuno y cena buffet, variedad y calidad bastante buena. A tener en cuenta que la zona donde está el hotel está petada de chavalerio de fiestón y solo hay extranjeros.
